George Santos has a long history of taking things that aren't his. Whether that's names or money. In 2013, Santos admitted to stealing $700 while living in Brazil to buy clothes. He then fled and the case was archived until 2023 when the authorities found him.

Dragging his family through the mud.

It seems that George can't just lie about his life, but he also needs to lie about his entire family. On multiple occasions, Santos has claimed that his mother was a survivor of 9/11 and died a few years later. He's been unable to prove this and on his mother's 2003 visa application, she claimed to not have been in the U.S. since 1999.

George Santos has been indicted on 13 criminal charges. I mean... c'mon! Seven of those charges are wire fraud, three are money laundering, one is theft of public funds, and two are materially false statements to the House of Representatives! Does he need to start showing up to Congress in a prison jumpsuit?! let me get this straight. George Santos stole campaign contributions and unemployment benefits and then lied about his finances to the House of Representatives. And that guy's still a member of Congress?!
