A former Navy SEAL and famous wearer of an eye-patch from a combat injury, Crenshaw has sparked our interest from a very particular kind of crazy, a sugar coated a palatable flavor, which makes it all the more dangerous.  Make no mistake, the deeper you dig, the more crazy you uncover. 

Soleimani Who?

While it seems like 5 years ago, at the beginning of 2020 then President Donald Trump ordered an attack that killed Iranian Maj. Gen. Qassem Soleimani.  Dan Crenshaw supported this action publicly on twitter while also saying the United States “should expect a response from the Iranian regime and/or its surrogates.”  We cannot afford to have a member of our government so callously state that we should throw ourselves into open war that will surely cost American lives.  We dodged a bullet then, but we can’t expect to continue to be so lucky with elected officials like Crenshaw representing us.

COVID Where?

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Dan Crenshaw has constantly downplayed the threat of the virus and would refused to wear a mask even when advised directly by health experts and Governor Abbott of Texas.  Despite making critical remarks early in Trump’s tenure, he seems to have forgotten how disrespectful the former president had been to our men and women in service by completely supporting Donald Trump's response to the pandemic.  Not that we need reminding, but Trump's response directly contributed to over a quarter of a million American deaths. 

"Abortion is murder"

Crenshaw has never made his position on abortion a secret. He believes that life begins at contraception and has pushed for Roe v Wade to be overturned.  While this is a very common belief for the GOP and their crazies, the difference is that Daft Dan has the power to actually pass legislation to restrict Abortion rights, like the Heartbeat bill.  This is an extremely dangerous precedent to set for women’s rights across the United States and Crenshaw is at the forefront of this fight.
